We are looking for an Early Stage Collection Representative responsible for resolving delinquency on automobile loans, negotiating payment arrangements; skip tracing to locate customers or units, and reviewing accounts for repossession.

Your specific duties will include:

• Reviewing open accounts for collection and skip trace efforts.
• Handling inbound/outbound collection calls professionally.
• Collecting customer payments under payment due dates.
• Skipping trace to locate customer or unit Identify opportunities for account recourse.
• Sending all applicable statutory notices.
• Reviewing accounts for repossession.

Specific qualifications for the position include: 

• Bilingual a plus - must pass an online language test.
• Great background in auto collections.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
