• Write accurate, complete estimates


• Blueprint with techs


• Order parts same‑day


• Submit supplements fast


• Keep customers updated daily


• Work closely with insurance partners


• Maintain a smooth, efficient workflow

Must Have:
✔ PA Motor Vehicle Damage Appraiser License
✔ Experience with CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex
✔ Strong organization & communication skills
✔ Valid driver’s license
