Job Summary
As a Client Manager at our auto dealership, you’ll guide customers through vehicle purchases, leasing, and service follow-ups. You’ll manage relationships, handle paperwork, support collections, and keep our office organized and welcoming. Your ability to create a great customer experience will drive loyalty and operational success.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, and purchases
- Process leases and sales documentation accurately
- Send payment reminders and handle collections
- Perform GPS and insurance checks on customer vehicles
- Coordinate with service staff and follow up on customer concerns
- Maintain CRM records and dealership software
- Keep the office and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- 1–3 years of customer service or auto sales experience
- Experience using CRM, QuickBooks, or dealership software
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Independent, organized, and team-focused
