Key Responsibilities:
As a Coster/Biller, you will play a critical role in our operations, including:

• Processing paperwork from the F&I Department.


• Posting vehicle sales and purchases.


• Preparing checks for payoffs, referrals, and refunds.


• Costing and finalizing deals for accounting.


• Maintaining accurate reports and logs of daily transactions.


• Working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


• Handling various accounting tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Dealership costing experience is a must.


• Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds software (preferred).


• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.


• Proactive and self-motivated attitude.


• Professional appearance and demeanor.


• Computer literacy and organizational skills.
