Job Description - Auto Engineer (A Group MLB PE 02)-Houston,TX
Purpose of the position Totally support for automated equipment production, deal with the major abnormalities in automated equipment, optimization design of automated equipment scheme and performance, improve the equipment production stability, ensuring stable equipment production, promoting the digital and intelligent technology upgrade of automated equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Scheme design, formulate an overall design plan for automation equipment according to requirements, including mechanical, electric, software, etc.
System design and development, and system integration and debugging
Document preparation, write detailed technical documents, including design descriptions, operation manuals, maintenance manuals, etc.
Equipment debugging and optimization, conduct function and performance testing verification
Evaluation, confirmation, and execution of cross-product switching and transformation debugging plans for equipment
Debugging and verification of the first set (self-renovation/new development) of automated equipment on-site delivery
Ensure the stability of automated equipment, handle major abnormalities of on-site automated equipment, and provide technical support
Training maintenance technician, enhancing the ability to maintain on-site automated equipment
Education and work experience
Undergraduate degree or higher
3 years or more of experience in automation equipment development, assembly, and debug
Familiarity with SMT production-related processes
Excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English and Chinese, able to communicate fluently with overseas clients, proficient in creating and presenting English and Chinese reports
Supervision No Working conditions
Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.
