Auto Glass Install and Calibration Technician

Gwinnett Place Ford is seeking a skilled Auto Glass Install and Calibration Technician to join our team in Duluth, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing and calibrating automotive glass, ensuring safety and quality in every job. You will work with a professional team dedicated to customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards in vehicle safety and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise installation of auto glass, including windshields, door glass, and rear windows.


• Calibrate advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) as needed following installations.


• Inspect and prepare vehicles to ensure proper fit and finish of installed glass.


• Follow company protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.


• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding schedule and service details.


• Maintain inventory and order glass materials as necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in auto glass installation and calibration preferred.


• Knowledge of ADAS calibration procedures and tools.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.


• Ability to lift and handle heavy glass safely.


• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
