Our state-of-the-art body shop is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Auto Glass Repair Technician to join our team and help us continue delivering top-tier service.

What You’ll Do

• Repair and replace windshields, side windows, and rear glass on a wide range of vehicles


• Assess glass damage and determine the best repair or replacement solution


• Use industry-standard tools, adhesives, and repair techniques to deliver safe, high-quality results


• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean workspace


• Collaborate closely with service advisors, technicians, and the Body Shop Director


• Accurately document work performed and materials used

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of auto glass repair/replacement experience (preferred)


• Proficiency with auto glass tools, adhesives, and safety protocols


• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions


• Auto glass certification is a plus
