No Experience? We Can Train You

What You’ll Do

As an Auto Glass Technician, you will play an important role in ensuring safe and professional glass repair and replacement for our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete daily auto glass removals and installations
• Safely replace windshields and other vehicle glass components
• Read and follow repair instructions and installation procedures
• Ensure proper sealing and fitment of installed glass
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Follow shop safety procedures and quality standards

Technician Qualifications

We are looking for dependable technicians who take pride in quality work.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience as an Auto Glass Technician (training available for the right candidate)
• Ability to learn new automotive technologies and repair techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with team members and customers
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Pay & Benefits
