 What You'll Do:

• Review impound notices received via USPS mail and email daily.
• Verify and document all account activity into CMS system.
• Review with management to confirm vehicle value to determine next steps in the process.
• Process legally required, state-specific paperwork to release a vehicle from impound to the appropriate auction or to customer upon redemption of vehicle.
• Communicate with impound facilities and storage yards to obtain details regarding impounded vehicles, including the reason for impoundment and associated fees and method of payment accepted.
• Act as liaison between external partners, such as impound facilities, tow companies, and law enforcement agencies.
• Collaborate with recovery agents and impound facilities to resolve issues which may arise during vehicle recovery attempts.
