Job Title: Engineering Technician
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Compensation: $36 – $38 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture complex automotive wiring harnesses using detailed schematics and diagrams

• Perform low-voltage electrical wiring for automotive, trucking, or off-road platforms

• Modify vehicles both mechanically and electrically to support prototyping and testing

• Translate high-level design requirements into fully functional systems

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• Support rapid prototyping and troubleshooting efforts

• Document processes, procedures, and outcomes clearly and thoroughly

• Assist in system validation and testing

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Logistics teams

Requirements:

• Experience with vehicle electrical/electronics systems

• Familiarity with electrical systems in automotive or robotics settings

• Knowledge of rapid prototyping and various manufacturing processes

• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• ASE Certification

• Experience with medium/heavy trucks, including diagnostics and repairs

• Familiarity with autonomous vehicle sensors (radar, camera, lidar)

• Proficiency in both Windows and Linux environments

• Hands-on fabrication experience
