Job Description - Auto Mechanic / Technician

Elite Kar Care in Taylor, MI has been in business for over 20 years, and we are looking to continue to grow our company with great people who are responsible and loyal, if you are looking for a company that you can retire with, a company who cares and shows appreciation then we are the company for you.

Qualifications:

Automotive knowledge

Must have own tools

Must Have experience in an Auto repair facility.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough inspections.

Going above and beyond expectations of repairs in a timely manner

Correlating with service writers of vehicle needs

Identify mechanical problems, often by using computerized diagnostic equipment.

Follow checklists to ensure that all critical parts are examined.

Perform basic care and maintenance on vehicles.

Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads and wheel bearings.

Disassemble and reassemble parts.

Use testing equipment to ensure that repairs and maintenance are effective.
