Auto Parts Onsite Sales Agent Support

NPW is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Auto Parts Onsite Sales Agent to join our team. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys building customer relationships, delivering exceptional service, and helping customers find the right automotive parts and solutions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting sales growth by assisting customers with product inquiries, order processing, and technical support while ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and a commitment to providing accurate and timely information.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both existing and prospective customers.


• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a professional and timely manner.


• Process customer orders accurately and within established service standards.


• Provide quotes, order updates, and product information to customers.


• Establish and develop new customer accounts through referrals and outbound sales efforts.


• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs.


• Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and help customers identify the correct parts.


• Build and maintain productive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.


• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.


• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service, inside sales, or related experience.


• Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry required.


• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.


• Professional phone etiquette and strong problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.


• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.


• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.


• Ability to regularly lift and carry 10-20 pounds.


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
