The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Requirements:

Minimum of three years of warehouse or distribution experience is preferred.

Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Self-starter who takes initiative and remains productive.

Able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Comfortable using basic computer applications and warehouse technology.

Committed to following all warehouse safety policies and procedures.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations.

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities:

Maintain an organized warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy and promote a safe work environment.

Provide courteous assistance to customers picking up orders and respond to basic customer inquiries.

Complete assigned tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

Effectively prioritize daily responsibilities to support operational needs.

Utilize multiple computer systems and web-based applications to complete warehouse transactions.

Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse software to accurately receive, pick, and ship inventory.

Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all warehouse processes.

Identify and resolve routine issues within the assigned work area, escalating concerns when appropriate.

Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.

Process purchase orders and prepare invoices accurately and efficiently.

Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment (experience required).

Perform additional warehouse and operational duties assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:

Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Consistently lift/carry 10-20lbs

Bend, reach, lift, and climb ladders/steps

Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
