Auto Reconditioning Technician/Detailer

As a Recon Technician, you would be responsible for cleaning and refurbishing new and used vehicles.

This is a full-time hourly position with benefits, working Monday through Friday. The starting wage will vary depending on your experience level.

Typical Automotive Recon Tech responsibilities:

  Wash vehicle interior and exterior, including windows and interior components.

  
  


• 
  

  Vacuum the interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris.

  
  


• 
  

  Clean upholstery, rugs, and other interior surfaces using cleaning agents, applicators, and equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Apply preservation agents to interior vinyl or leather surfaces.

  
  


• 
  

  Treat fabrics with spot and stain-resistant chemicals.

  
  


• 
  

  Inspect vehicles for defects such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation.

  
  


• 
  

  Keep your work area neat and clean.

  
  


• 
  

  Safely operate all tools and equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Other tasks as assigned.

  
  

Qualifications

  Available to work the scheduled shift

  A Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to maintain a good driving record.
