What’s a typical day as an Auto Sales and Fleet Specialist?
You’ll be: • Effectively managing communications with Large Volume Customers to obtain vehicle orders, address questions/concerns promptly, and bolster future business opportunities.
• Assisting in processing and approving incentive allowance to the appropriate internal teams for prompt payments to our Large Volume Customers.
• Resolving vehicle order concerns and reviewing order progressions to contribute to smooth vehicle order fulfillment and delivery.
• Coordinating industry shows and events to amplify the company's visibility and networking prospects.
• Supporting mobility business coordination and monthly reporting with partners to strengthen collaborative efforts and enhance strategic alignment.
• Assisting in delivery approval, processing discount payments, and updating financial reports.
• Creating, distributing, and archiving detailed reports for internal and external parties. Additionally, analyzing reporting to support workflow efficiency, informed decision-making, and revenue optimization through data-driven insights and effective coordination.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
• Have prior experience in sales, analytics, or customer relationship management preferred.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
