About the Role: As a seasoned Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our service department, delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll leverage your automotive knowledge to guide customers through maintenance and repair processes, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in-person, over the phone, via text, or email to understand and document vehicle concerns with precision.

Provide expert recommendations on maintenance and repairs based on vehicle mileage, inspections, and technician insights.

Build trust with customers through transparent communication and professional service.

Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and timely repairs.

Drive service department efficiency and customer retention through proactive follow-ups and relationship-building.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Experience: 2+ years as an Automotive Service Advisor with a track record of delivering outstanding customer service.

Automotive Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.

Communication Excellence: Exceptional skills in-person, on the phone, via text, and email.

Professionalism: Polished appearance and attention to detail in all customer interactions.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with service management software and digital communication tools.
