AUTO Service BDC Customer Care Specialist

Now hiring a Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a team player with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings.

Vara Chevrolet is located off of IH-35 South just a few minutes from downtown San Antonio.

Responsibilities

• Answer Service Department phone calls


• Schedule Service Appointments


• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates


• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources


• Present financing options based on customer needs


• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, service repair concerns


• Contact customers for their recall, maintenance and recommended services


• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with service teammates, other departments, and dealership management


• Utilize CRM tracking system daily


• Create internal repair orders


• File service paperwork


• Cross training with Cashier and Receptionist


• Other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Customer service experience


• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve


• Good in phone communication 


• Prompt and courteous demeanor


• Positive and hardworking personality


• Strong computer skills


• Valid current driver’s license


• High school graduate or equivalent 


• Spanish speaking is a PLUS
