3-5+ Years of Actual Automotive Experience with an independent shop or dealership 
ASE / OEM Certifications Preferred (or Willing to Train)
Ability to Diagnose and Repair All Makes and Models (Should have strong electrical skills)
Self-Motivated, Efficient, and Reliable

Team Player Who Respects the Craft and wants to get to the next level
