Autobody Collision Estimator - Collision and Glass - Bloomington

Compensation: $57,000 to $68,000 per year, with additional incentive pay based on percentage of net profit of the store.

This position requires that you are physically active during your shift. This may include, but is not limited to, running, driving, stooping, bending and lifting. 

Our Autobody Estimators provide best in class customer service and take pride in doing a great job the first time. Some of the responsibilities would include: 

- Examine damaged vehicles and estimate cost of labor and parts to repair or replace.  

- Follow all company safety policies and procedures. 

- Follow through repair process updating customer records.

• One year automotive experience preferred. 
• One year face to face customer service experience preferred. 
• Associate degree in Certified Collision Repair Curriculum preferred. 
• Previous estimating experience in a fast-paced auto body shop  
• Demonstrated strong and effective oral and written communication, customer service and experience working in a team environment. 
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
