Ability to promptly respond to, and address issues within a timely manner Possesses a high degree of initiative Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies Keeps abreast of key developments in relevant technologies and existing standards Able to work under pressure Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills Able to work independently or as part of a team Effectively analyzes and solves problems with attention to the root cause Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to ensure manufacturing production continuity Create intuitive human-machine interfaces using FactoryTalk ME and Ignition Develop database applications using Ignition and SQL for tracking downtime, performance, etc. Program and debug ladder logic and structure text code on Allen-Bradley controlLogix PLC Maintain and configure industrial ethernet network of automation devices as Robots, PLC, VFD, hydraulic press, etc. Program and debug Fanuc robot programs Manage and support automation projects that involve cross functional teams such as manufacturing, sustaining and IT teams Assist maintenance & production personnel in operation and maintenance of equipment
