• Operate automation equipment to support ongoing assays
• Front line troubleshooting of processing equipment
• Routine disinfection of specified lab equipment
• Coordinate with the lab manager for equipment service and maintenance
• Draft and execute operation procedures for supported systems
• Support inventory processes for biologics (Benchling) and chemicals (Cosmic)
• Schedule and plan for annual freezer defrost initiative
• Order, maintain, and organize lab supplies
• Options to grow into support roles for assays and software programming

• Highly organized, effective communication, good documentation practices, and interpersonal skills. LIMS (laboratory information management systems), instrumentation, robotics background a plus.
• Safety/Biosafety awareness required
• College degree not required – skills based hire.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restrictions.

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Point, PA are encouraged to apply.
