About the role and team

The Tech Transformations team partners with operations, program, and technical stakeholders to identify manual, repetitive work and convert it into scalable automation solutions. • Build and support Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Automate Desktop Flows, and Dataverse solutions.
  • Assist with integrations, testing, and UAT coordination.
  • Support production issues, fixes, and enhancements.
  • Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and track progress.
  • Maintain documentation, controls, and delivery quality.
  • Help with solution thinking, architecture discussions, and scaling support where needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics or a related technical field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with web-based query tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and basic project management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Strong experience building Power Apps applications from scratch.
  • Working knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, and integrations.
  • Experience supporting UAT and production environments.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and follow-through.
  • Ability to explain technical decisions and troubleshoot issues at a practical level.
  • Comfort working on automation delivery from requirement to support.
  • Exposure to RPA or automation support.
  • Experience with Power Automate Desktop and attended or unattended automation.
  • Experience handling production incidents, enhancements, and deployment support.
  • Ability to support both build and business-facing coordination tasks.
  • Experience working in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments where ownership and adaptability matter.
  • Familiarity with custom connectors, Golang and React, APIs, JavaScript, Python, or AI Builder.
