Automation/SOAR Engineer - CONTINGENT

ROGERCO, Inc. (RCI) is seeking an experienced Automation/ Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) Engineer to join a team supporting the administration of programs on behalf of a Federal agency. In this role, you will oversee development and expansion of automated security operations capabilities and response workflows. This is a Hybrid role based in Washington, DC, with potential for remote work. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, and optimize emerging cybersecurity technologies (such as SOAR and similar platforms)
• Support operational efficiency and consistency
• Lead emerging capabilities and response automation

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10 years of related experience (preferred)
• Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC2) Certified Information Systems Security Professional, and/or relevant certification matching platform currently in use and targeted for future use (required)
• Project management experience a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be a United States citizen.
