Flex Vehicle Operator
Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $29/hour | Full-Time | 6-Month Contract

We’re seeking Flex Vehicle Operators who are passionate about safety and advancing autonomous vehicle technology. In this role, you’ll drive development vehicle platforms on public and private roads, collect data, and troubleshoot technical issues while providing valuable feedback to engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor development vehicles with the highest level of safety and professionalism.

• Collect, organize, and report data using proprietary tools and software.

• Identify and communicate technical issues to engineering teams.

• Maintain situational awareness and adapt to changing environments.

• Represent the company positively when interacting with engineers, management, and the public.

• Provide mentorship and training to new drivers.

• Maintain and distribute operational documents.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with 7+ years of driving experience and a clean record.

• 1–2 years of professional driving (5+ hours per day) OR prior autonomous testing/ADAS experience.

• Strong computer skills (Linux familiarity a plus).

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to safely operate vehicles in all weather conditions.

• Subject to DMV, background, and drug screening.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
