Automotive Accounting & Title Specialist

Champion Chevrolet of Avon, a family-owned and award-winning dealership, is looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Accounting & Title Specialist to join our Accounting/Administrative team. This role blends accounting and title functions, supporting our Controller and helping keep the dealership running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Process vehicle deals, incentives, and sales tax accurately

  
  


• 
  

  Handle warranty/GAP submissions, cancellations, and refunds

  
  


• 
  

  Reconcile general ledger schedules and assist with monthly financial reports

  
  


• 
  

  Process funding for retail finance contracts; monitor Contracts-in-Transit

  
  


• 
  

  Complete title work promptly and accurately

  
  


• 
  

  Provide customer service to staff and customers regarding accounting and title issues

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  3+ years in automotive accounting or title work (preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with dealership DMS (Dealertrack DMS, etc.) and Excel helpful

  
  


• 
  

  Team-player with professional communication skills
