Position Overview: 

The Basic Accountant will be responsible for performing essential accounting tasks to support the sales of our automotive dealership. This includes managing daily sales transactions, assisting with accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a basic understanding of accounting practices, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 

Responsibilities:

  Process and maintain accurate records of daily sales transactions

  Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

  Prepare financial and operational reports as required

  Provide support with general accounting tasks and departmental needs 

  
  

Requirements: 

• 
  

  Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience 

  
  

• 
  

  Basic knowledge of accounting software 

  
  

• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and accuracy 

  
  

• 
  

  Good organizational and communication skills

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  High school diploma or equivalent

  Efficient and knowledgeable in Microsoft 365
