Responsibilities

• Assist in generating reports for management and auditors


• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding payments and account status


• Prepare accounts for payments & verify data in system


• Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks


• General knowledge of vehicle titles

Requirements

• Familiarity with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) is a plus


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)


• Strong communication skills


• Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team 


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
