Job Description

Support the Accounting Department through administrative duties and facilitate timely deliveries/pickups by driving to various company locations.

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office tasks, work diligently with team members, complete outside errands, and safely deliver/pick up intercompany paperwork and materials.


• This person will be comfortable working multiple job responsibilities as well as being fluid in handling the day-to-day operations of the business.


• The individual would be comfortable with assisting with filling, scanning, and other administrative duties.


• Other duties may be assigned


• The candidate must be comfortable with driving a company-provided vehicle.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer literacy


• Adequate written and verbal communication skills.


• Valid driver's license and a good driving record


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.


• Must work well independently and as part of a team


• A good work ethic and attention to detail


• A positive attitude and well-groomed appearance


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.


• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
