At Burns Honda, our Acquisitions Specialists are responsible for sourcing, appraising, and purchasing vehicles directly from customers. You are the front line of inventory growth - and the better you perform, the more you earn. Simple as that.
What You'll Be Doing
Hunt down inventory – inbound leads, equity mining, service drive, and outbound prospecting
Appraise and purchase vehicles with confidence and speed
Negotiate directly with customers - over the phone, text, email, and in person
Work the CRM like a pro - no missed opportunities, no lazy follow-up
Track the market daily - pricing, demand, and trends should be second nature
Partner with Sales & Service to identify high-demand inventory needs
