Responsible for leadership of Company’s activities related to Automotive and Electrical department at JF Petroleum Group. Responsible for the growth and profitability including achieving revenue targets, maximizing profitability, sale lead generation, increasing market share, and building customer loyalty, adherence to all company policies, and cooperation and collaboration with the full functional leadership team.
Job Duties:
Assure that branch-based automotive and electrical field staff are trained and remain current on evolving recommended practices.
Deploy and manage project monitoring tools to assure projects are run efficiently, completed on-time and on-budget.
Provide central support for ongoing execution and growth of the company’s automotive and electrical business in coordination with the Regional Management.
Establish quote tracking process (using Quote Management System) and assure quote processing lifecycle from intake of request to customer acceptance operates efficiently in accordance with customer expectations.
Responsible for customer relationship and business development for Automotive and Electrical Services.
Adherence to revenue, gross margin and P&L responsibility for Automotive and Electrical department business – Projects and Services.
Work with supplier partners as needed.
Participates in specific sales initiatives and major account activities as needed.
Manage quote leads from market resources. Ensure feedbacks on any leads are maintained.
Responsible for budgeting of Automotive and Electrical Departments.
Must have good working knowledge of ERP system as well as vendor order systems.
Responsible for recruiting and developing field and supervisory talent to execute desired results.
Reviews and approves quotes/projects to ensure accuracy and profitability.
Develop and execute a market plan to drive market share growth, and to identify and target specific new customers. Identify resources needed to promote market growth and build business case to support the strategy.
Work with company functional leadership to develop and achieve overall company objectives and strategic vision. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Ensure accounts receivables disputes are responded to efficiently and timely

Requirements
Highschool Diploma or GED required
Strategic business mindset.
Ability to travel as needed.
Must have minimal of 5 to 8 years of prior experience in petroleum/electrical equipment industry. Business Operations & Management experience desired.??
Strong customer relations skills needed.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Experience in a multi-market environment with a diverse cultural makeup, and managing large customers with complex and diverse needs.
Ability to deliver a clear and compelling value proposition to customers.
PC proficiency in MS Office and proven ability within an ERP environment.
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. ?
