Who Should Apply

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of automotive sales experience. This role is frequently referred to as a Floor Manager. The primary job responsibilities are:

- Lead Conversion - internet, phone, and social media opportunities

- Mastery of our sales and lead conversion processes

- Backup F&I in papering deals

- Early Manager Introduction with all customers

- Conduct daily lot and phone training
