Ford of Lafayette in Lafayette, IN is hiring an Experienced Automotive Assistant Service Manager to Manage and Oversee our Quick Lane and Heavy Truck Departments

• Must have 1-2 years of Dealership Assistant Service Management Experience or Independent Service Management Experience in Quick Lane and/or Heavy Truck Service and ready for the next step in their Career!

In addition, candidate must report to Service Director to: 

• Manage employee schedules and pay plans in your department


• Assume responsibility for staffing and hiring all employees under his/her division


• Attend manager meetings and conduct service department meetings


• Maintain service customer pay gross profit growth


• Maintain technician proficiency
