Responsibilities:

• Utilize your exceptional communication skills to engage with potential customers via phone and internet channels.
• Act as the first point of contact, providing professional and friendly assistance to prospects seeking information about our vehicles and services.
• Effortlessly convert leads into dealership appointments, demonstrating your persuasive abilities and product knowledge.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive experience for every prospect, nurturing relationships that drive repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate a smooth transition for prospects, setting the stage for successful dealership visits.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills engagingly and persuasively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively connect with a diverse range of customers electronically
• Proficiency in handling phone and internet communication channels, with the ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
• A genuine passion for the automotive industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
• The results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets showcases your motivation and ambition.
• Mus pass both a background and drug test.
