Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls: Responding to calls from potential customers and making outgoing calls to generate leads


• Responding to inquiries: Answering questions about vehicles, financing, 


• Setting Appointments: Working to convert leads into sales appointments


• Maintaining customer loyalty: Contacting current customers to improve loyalty


• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective attention and responses

The Automotive BDC Representative has an annual pay range from $48,000- $72,000
