Automotive BDC Manager / Director – Janesville Subaru

Location: Janesville, WI
Pay Range: $70,000 – $100,000+ per year (Base + Bonus)

Janesville Subaru is growing and looking for an experienced Automotive BDC professional to lead our Business Development Center.
This is a Director-level leadership position ideal for someone who’s successfully managed a dealership BDC and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the BDC team to exceed appointment, sales, and service goals
• Oversee all inbound/outbound calls, internet leads, and CRM follow-up performance
• Implement effective scripts, processes, and lead management strategies
• Work closely with Sales and Service Managers to improve traffic, retention, and conversion rates
• Monitor key performance metrics and deliver regular reporting to senior management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of dealership BDC or Internet Sales management experience
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Proven ability to improve processes and meet performance targets
• Excellent phone, CRM, and computer skills
• Energetic, organized, and customer-focused mindset
