Marty's Chevrolet is looking for motivated individuals ready to transition from BDC into Sales Consultant roles.

What We Offer

• $80K–$150K+ income potential (uncapped commission)


• 5-day work week (Closed Sundays)

What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the sales process


• Match customers with the right vehicle


• Conduct test drives & present options


• Negotiate and close deals


• Follow up to build repeat & referral business

What You Bring

• BDC, customer service, or sales experience


• Strong communication & follow-up skills


• Motivated, positive, and goal-oriented mindset

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License


• High School Diploma/GED


• U.S. Work Authorization
