Pay: $40,000 - $80,000+ / year (Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Performance Commission)

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Handle inbound phone calls, internet leads, and text inquiries from customers interested in buying a vehicle.


• Outbound outreach via phone, personalized video messages, and emails to set VIP appointments.


• Log all customer interactions clearly in our CRM and manage daily follow-up tasks.


• Work directly with Sales Managers to confirm appointments and ensure a seamless handoff on the showroom floor.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Phone & Communication Skills: Confident tone, strong phone presence, and great listening skills.


• Money-Motivated: Driven by goals, commissions, and achieving monthly performance bonuses.


• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software, phone systems, and basic computer programs.


• Reliability & Coachability: Punctual, eager to learn new word tracks, and open to feedback.


• Valid Driver’s License and passing a background/drug screening.

• Monday to Saturday (Daytime shifts)
