Automotive Biller

Description of the role

As an Automotive Biller at Smithtown Nissan and Infiniti, you will be responsible for accurately processing all vehicle sales and purchases. You will work closely with the sales team, finance department, and customers to ensure seamless transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit all paperwork related to vehicle sales and purchases


• Verify accuracy of all documents and transactions


• Communicate with customers to collect necessary information and documentation


• Ensure all legal and dealership guidelines are followed

Requirements

• Prior experience in automotive billing or a related field


• Excellent attention to detail


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Proficiency in MS Office and dealership software 


• Reynolds & Reynolds is a PLUS!
