Job Summary:

EXPERIENCE IN AUTO DEALERSHIP ACCOUNTING A MUST

CDK experience a plus

Gary Yeomans Ford Palm Bay is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records and performing various accounting tasks.

Duties:

• Checking deals for accuracy


• Posting deals into CDK


• Maintaining related schedules


• Maintaining spreadsheet logs


• Reporting TWS contacts


• Cancellation of FI policies


• Reporting factory rebates

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounting or related field


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry


• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively


• Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
