Chapman Volkswagen Scottsdale is looking for an experienced Automotive Biller to join our dynamic team! Successful candidates are detail-oriented, seek to produce highly accurate work and thrive in a culture that values efficiency.  Accounting experience is required. Automotive billing experience is preferred. Come join our team!

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform accounting functions associated with billing vehicle deals.


• Post bank proceeds to the general ledger.


• Audit car deals to ensure compliance with all company policies.


• Process time-sensitive contracts and related vehicle sales documentation accurately.


• Create and manage spreadsheets for sales commissions.


• Process and submit warranties and aftermarkets, including cancellations.


• Communicate regularly with F&I Managers and Sales Managers to further strengthen processes and build in efficiencies where applicable.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Accounting experience is required


• Automotive billing experience is preferred


• Positive attitude and outgoing personality


• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging work environment


• Highly detail-oriented, thorough and precise 


• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
