Automotive Biller/ License and Title Clerk

The Napleton Fleet Group is looking for our Biller/ License and Title Clerk to join our growing Corporate Fleet Department in Oakbrook, Terrace. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located in Oakbrook Terrace, the Biller/ License and Title Clerk is an important role that assists our teams by processing vehicle for registration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process new vehicle billings


• Processes all vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.


• Prepares tax and title documents.


• Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.


• Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete.

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 +years of Biller and License & Title experience required


• Automotive Dealership experience is required


• Fleet Management company (FMC) experience is a plus


• Knowledge of CBE experience preferred


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite necessary.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
