Automotive Biller / DMV Clerk Responsibilities

• Complete paperwork needed to deliver new and preowned vehicles


• CDK Experience desirable


• Proficiency in VERFI


• Completing and processing motor vehicle documents


• Processing finance and lease contracts


• Inventory control through CDK data import


• Maintaining police book for inventory and compliance


• Preparing wholesale and dealer trade paperwork and MSO preparation


• Providing additional administrative support as needed 

The ideal candidate is familiar with the daily operations of an automotive dealership and employ time management and multitasking skills. This position requires the ideal candidate to be able to exhibit great attention to detail and be organized and reliable.
