Automotive Biller / Title Clerk

Description

Position handles all facets of billing and titling of vehicle deals including, keeping accurate costing of all products and fees and packaging of the deal for delivery to the lender.

Job Duties 

• Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, set up receivables/liabilities and calculates sales commissions


• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions


• Process payments to floor plan institutions


• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process


• Handle all License & Title work for sold cars and trade ins


• Other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Automotive Billing experience required


• Must be open to learning and being coached


• High ethical standards and strong attention to details


• Computer proficient and a good work ethic 


• Able to prioritize tasks and have good time management skills


• Most importantly must be a team player with a good attitude and cant be afraid to smile


• MUST HAVE CDK DMS Experience
