Automotive Biller/Title Clerk

The Title/Billing Clerk processes car deals and prepares legal transfer of documents for the State Of Michigan. All transactions involving finalizing vehicle sales, including compliance identification of supporting documents.

Responsibilities:

Processing and verifying automotive titles and bills of sale

Preparing and submitting registration documents to the state

Ensuring all paperwork is accurate and compliant with state regulations

Organizing and maintaining title documents

Prepare checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.

Title documents.

Submit all legal transfer documents to the State of Michigan.

Receive and process paperwork from the Finance and Insurance (F&I) Department.

Ensure all motor vehicle paperwork is processed accurately

Audit retail deals for accuracy and proper processing

Other duties determined to be needed by direct supervisor

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an automotive Biller/Title clerk


• Knowledge of vehicle registration processes


• Attention to detail and accuracy


• Strong organizational skills


• Experience in a fast-paced multi-brand Automotive Dealership is preferred


• Automotive Dealership Experience preferred.
