What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the go-to for making sure all our vehicles are properly titled, billed, and documented — a mission-critical job that supports our sales, finance, and service teams.

  Process motor vehicle title paperwork accurately & on time

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with customers, county clerks, and banks

  
  


• 
  

  Receive and organize docs from Finance & Sales

  
  


• 
  

  Prep lender contract packages and trade-in payoffs

  
  


• 
  

  Keep us 100% compliant with all state and local title laws
