Automotive Biller

The Title/Billing Clerk processes car deals and prepares legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). The Coster processes documentation and cost analysis on vehicle sales, all transactions involving finalizing vehicle sales, including compliance identification of supporting documents.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Title documents.

• Submit all legal transfer documents to the DMV.

• Receive and process paperwork from the Finance and Insurance (F&I) Department.

• Assist with Vehicle Management

• Ensure all motor vehicle paperwork is processed accurately

• Audit retail deals for accuracy and proper processing

• Other duties determined to be needed by direct supervisor

• Experience in a fast-paced multi-brand Automotive Dealership is preferred

• Other duties determined to be needed by direct supervisor

• Automotive Dealership Experience preferred, but will train the right person

Job Duties

• Assist with Vehicle Management

• Prepare checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.

• Additional tasks and duties assigned by direct supervisor
