Job Title: Billing Costing Clerk

Department: Accounting

Reports To: Office Manager / Comptroller

Butler Automotive Group has been in the automotive industry for over 50 years and has currently grown to 15 dealerships throughout the southeast. We are currently seeking an accounting clerk for billing/costing and general admin at Bulldog Kia in Athens, GA.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Billing and Recording Sales:

Accurately record all vehicle sales, including new and used cars, wholesales and dealer trades.   Verify all documentation is complete and accurate.

Reports:

Generate and maintain commission reports and other financial reporting as needed.

Managing Inventory:

Maintain accurate inventory records/monthly inventory reconciliation.

Provides administrative support to management and other departments as needed.  Must adhere to company policies and procedures and follow all applicable federal and state laws. 

Minimum of two years experience, $19-21/hour.
