Automotive Billing Specialist

The International Autos Group is looking for an experienced person to join our team as an Automotive Billing Specialist!

QUALIFICATIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Experience with the everyday accounting functions of CDK.


• Experience with breaking down deal paperwork and sending necessary documents to financial lending institutions.


• Experience with booking and posting deals in CDK finance and accounting.


• Experience with reviewing, preparing and submitting all documents related to vehicle registration and titling.


• Experience in working with other teammates to continue the success of the dealership


• Ability to be flexible and assist other office and accounting teams members in their roles.


• Must be extremely detail orientated!

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year experience of automotive billing experience


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Excellent communication and organizational skills
