Performance Toyota Fairfield is actively searching for a skilled "B"-level Service Technician who excels in advanced diagnostics and repairs of Toyota vehicles. We are offering up to a $7,500 Sign-On Bonus for the right candidate. As we expand our team, we need dedicated professionals who deliver outstanding automotive repair, maintain a spotless work environment, and adhere to our standard procedures. • $56,000.00 to $90,000.00 (Flat Rate)
• $7,500.00 Sign-on Bonus Potential (Ask hiring manager for details)
• $40 Hour Week / Four 10 Hour Days - Off Three

Requirements

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain an organized, neat, and safe bay
• Keep constant communication with your Service Advisor
• Immediately report any setbacks to vehicle promise time
• Be a productive member of your team in the service shop
• Must be coachable. (Mentor will be a Master Technician)
• Complete all repairs under the guidance of your mentor
• Enroll in an accelerated training program through Toyota Motor Corp. (At no cost to you)

Qualifications:

• 3-4 ASE certifications are preferred but not required
• 3-4 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience to succeed in this position
• A high level of motivation and energy 
• Able to work well with others
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
