Automotive "B"-Level Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced "B" Level Service Technician who can complete advanced diagnoses and repair of Lexus vehicles. We have a brand new state-of-the-art dealership and need an additional team player who can provide excellent customer service, keep a clean work environment, and follow standard procedures.

• $56,000.00 to $90,000.00 (Flat Rate)
• 40 Hour Work-Week
• Alternating Saturdays 8 AM - 3 PM
• CASH BONUS FIXED OPS MEETING EVERY 3 MONTHS!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an organized, neat, and safe bay
• Keep constant communication with your Service Advisor
• Immediately report any setbacks to vehicle promise time
• Be a productive member of your team in the service shop
• You must be coachable. (Mentor will be a Master Technician)
• Complete all repairs under the guidance of your mentor
• Enroll in an accelerated training program through LEXUS. (At no cost to you)

Qualifications:

• Maintains an organized neat and safe bay
• 3-4 ASE certifications are preferred for this position
• 3-4 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience to succeed in this position
• A high level of motivation and energy and strong customer service skills are also required
• Poses a driver's license with a driving record allowing you to drive company and customer vehicles
